Marketing Guidelines
These Marketing Guidelines apply to all participants in the Ohayo Affiliate Program.
Failure to comply with these Guidelines may result in removal from the Affiliate Program.
1. General Principles
Affiliates must promote Ohayo honestly and responsibly.
All marketing must:
- be truthful and not misleading;
- accurately represent Ohayo services;
- comply with applicable laws and regulations; and
- respect platform policies where content is published.
Affiliates are responsible for their own content and marketing activities.
2. Allowed Marketing Channels
Affiliates may promote Ohayo using channels including:
- Twitter / X;
- YouTube;
- Blogs;
- Newsletters;
- Telegram communities;
- Discord communities;
- Educational content;
- Trading tutorials; and
- Reviews and comparisons.
Affiliates who run crypto communities may share referral links within those communities.
3. Prohibited Marketing Practices
Affiliates must not:
- guarantee profits or trading returns;
- present Ohayo as risk-free;
- make false claims about regulatory status;
- impersonate Ohayo employees or representatives;
- create fake communities or fake endorsements;
- use spam messaging or unsolicited direct messages;
- run misleading advertising campaigns; and
- distribute malware, bots, or automated referral systems.
4. Brand Usage
Affiliates may reference the Ohayo name when describing the platform.
However, Affiliates must not:
- create websites pretending to be the official Ohayo website;
- register domains confusingly similar to Ohayo;
- impersonate official support accounts; and
- modify Ohayo logos in misleading ways.
5. Risk Disclosure
When promoting trading features, Affiliates should clearly communicate that:
- trading digital assets carries risk;
- losses are possible; and
- markets are volatile.
Marketing content should not present trading as guaranteed profit.
6. Enforcement
The Company may review Affiliate marketing activity.
If violations are identified, the Company may:
- request content removal;
- suspend the affiliate account;
- terminate participation in the Affiliate Program; and
- cancel unpaid rewards.
The Company's determination of violations is final.
7. Updates
These Marketing Guidelines may be updated from time to time.
Affiliates are responsible for reviewing the latest version before promoting Ohayo.
